Better still, for a trifling sum you can subscribe to the entire short story series (I have and I’ve enjoyed them all so far).
“A Piece Of The Moon” takes place in the same setting as The Moon King, around the time of the events that take place during the first third of the book. It was written to make use of the boxing scene that fell victim to the novel’s tightening up revisions…and to play with the luck monkeys just a little more.
Oh, and it’s this story that features in the special edition hardback.
