As part of the pre-publicity for their Astrologica anthology, The Alchemy Press are running a series of interviews with the contributors. When it came to asking about my star sign, I’m afraid I couldn’t lie.
It’s not that I think astrology is nonsense…no wait, if I’m being honest, it’s exactly that. It’s one of those cultural phenomena that makes absolutely no sense to me. Am I a typical Cancerian? Who isn’t, just a little bit, if you take the bits that fit and ignore the rest?
I don’t know, maybe reading the other stories in the anthology will budge my skepticism an inch or two, but really? I’m looking forward to enjoying an excellent collection of tales steeped in myth and mystery. And that’s something I can predict with some certainty.
